Ashley Pilon
Ashley Pilon is a Saskatoon-based Certified Fitness Instructor specializing in HIIT, group fitness, pre/post-natal training, and nutritional coaching. Her fitness journey began during maternity leave, where the confidence and empowerment she gained led her into coaching - and she’s never looked back. From marathons to innovative class design, Ashley has built a reputation as a dedicated, forward-thinking trainer who helps others find confidence, strength, and balance in their lives. Passionate about inspiring all ages, including her own daughter, she loves guiding clients out of their comfort zones and showing them what they’re capable of. If you’re looking for a coach who believes in balanced wellness and will cheer you on (while nudging you to lift heavier), Ashley’s your girl.

Kimberley Stevens
Kimberley is a grounded, compassionate, and passionate Vinyasa yoga instructor, breathwork facilitator, and nurse who empowers her community through mindful movement, breath, and body awareness. Through her wellness practice, EMBARK Integrative Health, she guides others toward healing, balance, and living a soul-led life rooted in connection and intention. Influenced by her training in Bali and Indonesia, Kimberley’s classes begin with meditation and breath work, flow into a transformative Vinyasa practice, and close with deep rest - leaving you feeling calm, strong, inspired, and deeply connected.

Kara Deleveux
Hi, I’m Kara, and I’m so excited to be joining the RAW Fitness team! My fitness journey began about five years ago after facing health challenges in my mid-thirties, which led me to embrace a more holistic approach to health and healing. Through that experience, I discovered a deep passion for fitness and for the incredible things our bodies are capable of at any age or stage of life. I love the energy of group fitness and motivating others to reach their goals. Whether you’re brand new or a regular in class, I can’t wait to connect with you and help push you to the next level.

Adrienne Healey
The atmosphere, energy, and community at RAW Fitness reignited my passion for group fitness and led me back into coaching. With a background in Kinesiology and personal training, I’m excited to be motivating others once again to push past their limits and achieve more. As a working wife and mom of two boys, I understand the commitment it takes to prioritize your own fitness. In my classes, I aim to challenge your norm, wake up forgotten muscles, and help you discover just how capable you are - because hard things are always better when we do them together.

Jocelyn Schultz
Hi, I’m Jocelyn, and I’m so excited to be an instructor at RAW Fitness! Fitness has been part of my life since childhood gymnastics and has grown into a true passion for group fitness. After navigating my own body image journey, I now focus on leading with kindness, grace, and self-acceptance - values I’m proud to model for my three kids. Jocelyn is a Canfit Pro Fitness Instructor Specialist, Barre Intensity trained, and BIIT certified. I can’t wait to move with you in the gym!

Sydney Pagsuyuin
Hey! I’m Sydney, and I’m so excited to be joining the RAW Fitness coaching team. I connected with Ashley through the Silverwood Community Association as both a participant and instructor, and I couldn’t wait to be part of her vision. When I’m not busy with my three kids, you’ll usually find me in the gym teaching a variety of classes - from kids sports fundamentals and family bootcamps to adult and pre/post-natal training. I love helping people of all ages and fitness levels discover movement they enjoy while building strength and confidence. Creating community through hard work is one of my favourite parts of coaching, and I’m so excited to be part of yours.

Hi, I'm Lori!
With a strong foundation in Kinesiology and years of experience leading group fitness, Lori is no stranger to the world of movement, motivation, and mindful training. After taking what she calls a ‘few years’ hiatus, she’s back in action—energized, passionate, and ready to make an impact. Lori brings a blend of knowledge, experience, and authenticity to the Raw Fitness team. Her approach is all about empowering others to move with confidence, push past limits, and find joy in the work. She’s proof that strength, passion, and purpose happens at any age.

CLASS POLICY
Classes start ON TIME.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to start time. Late arrival could mean loss of class.
Proper gym attire required. Indoor shoes only.
CANCELLATION POLICY
4 hrs. prior to all classes.
For unlimited memberships - $10 automatic charge
Punch passes – loss of one pass.
