Owner / Trainer
Ashley Pilon
Ashley Pilon is a Saskatoon-based Certified Fitness Instructor specializing in HIIT –
High Impact Interval Training – Group Fitness, Pre/Post-Natal Training, and Nutritional
Coaching.
Her interest in fitness began when attending workouts while on maternity leave, where
she was inspired, empowered, and encouraged by her instructor to continue to begin her own personal journey to coaching. She’s never looked back - from participating in countless marathons and fitness challenges, to building a strong knowledge of training styles and creating new and innovative classes for her clients. Ashley has truly established herself as a progressive and tenacious trainer in the Saskatoon wellness community.
For Ashley, establishing a healthy lifestyle transcends cardio or lifting weights, as she
prides herself in aiding others find confidence and happiness in their lives while creating
wellness. Helping people step out of their comfort zone, experience their bodies’
capabilities and seeing dedicated work payoff is what drives her. Ashley gains further
satisfaction by paving the way for younger generations to live a healthy and fit lifestyle
–including her own daughter.

Kimberley Stevens
Kimberley is a passionate, compassionate, ambitious, and grounded soul who empowers and educates her
community on the incredible influence of mindset, breath, and the physical human body. As a Vinyasa yoga instructor,
breathwork facilitator, & nurse, Kimberley has created a wellness pursuit titled EMBARK Integrative Health.

Through EMBARK, she guides, inspires, and leads others to journey to acknowledge and heal the spirit & body, and to live a
soul-lead life. Kimberley herself is ever evolving, through ongoing deep internal exploration and commitment to living
a free and natural life.
Trained in and influenced by the magic of Bali and Indonesia, Kimberley’s class offers a powerful opening of
meditation and breathwork followed by 50 minutes of transformative Vinyasa Flow. Finish class in final resting pose
feeling inspired, fulfilled, and alive. Stretch your body, calm your mind, and activate your potential.

Hello, my name is Kara and I am excited to be joining the RAW Fitness team!
My fitness journey began about 5 years ago when I was hit with some health issues in my mid-thirties. I started then to focus on a holistic approach to health and healing. Through that journey I have gained passion for fitness, and the incredible things our bodies can do. No matter what age or stage in our lives, I believe our bodies can heal and do amazing things when given the opportunity. I enjoy the energy fitness classes bring to a team and love motivating others to reach their goals. Whether new to class or have been to many classes, I cannot wait to connect and help push you to the next level.

Hey there! I'm James, and I'm thrilled to join this incredible team.

My journey in the world of sports started in the pool, where I swam competitively for 13 years, even making waves at the Canada Games. But my love for sports doesn't end there—I'm also a golf enthusiast, and most summer nights you'll find me at Saskatoon Golf and Country Club.

Recently, I've taken on a new challenge by diving into triathlon training, embracing the thrill of pushing my limits and discovering new levels of personal growth.
With 5 years of coaching experience across various sports under my belt, I've come to appreciate the transformative power of fitness. My coaching philosophy is rooted in a passion for fitness and a
commitment to getting better every day. I'm not just here to guide; I'm here to inspire and motivate you on your journey to physical and mental strength. Join me, and let's embark on this exciting new era of athletic excellence together!

Adrienne Healey
The atmosphere, vibe, leaders and clientele at RAW Fitness were tremendous motivators for me. I was reinvigorated to attend group classes and then to return – with passion – as a RAW Fitness coach.
Health and fitness have been an important part of my life – as I graduated from U of S Kinesiology and then became a personal trainer. After a brief hiatus from coaching, I have enjoyed returning to the gym, motivating others to push that little extra and achieve more.
As a working wife and mom of two boys, I have experienced the challenges of meeting personal fitness goals. I understand the commitment required to be in the gym and dedicate time for oneself. The focus in my classes is to challenge your norm, find muscles that might have been forgotten and push you to the next level of your fitness and ability. We are all capable of achieving difficult things. It’s simply more fun to do them together. See you in the gym!

Hi! I'm Jocelyn and l'm so excited to be an instructor at Raw Fitness!
Fitness has always been a part of my life, starting as a gymnast through childhood, evolving into a love for working out, & now a passion for group fitness! Like many, my fitness journey came with many body image struggles. But over the past several years I've made the conscious choice to embrace kindness, grace, & acceptance towards my body-values I strive to model for my three kids.

I am currently a Fitness Instructor Specialist through Canfit Pro, Barre Intensity trained, & BIIT (barre intensity interval training) trained.

Hey! I'm Sydney, your newest RAW coach!

I've had the pleasure of getting to know Ashley through Silverwood Community Association (both as a participant and instructor) and was excited when she asked if I would join her team. When I'm not busy with my 3 kids, you'll most likely find me at a gym. I teach a wide variety of classes, including kids sports fundamentals, family bootcamp, adult classes, and pre/post natal classes. I love seeing individuals of all ages and fitness levels find ways they enjoy being active, and get stronger and more confident because of it. The community that is created when individuals work hard together is one of my favourite parts of coaching, and I'm looking forward to being a part of yours!

CLASS POLICY
Classes start ON TIME.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to start time. Late arrival could mean loss of class.
Proper gym attire required. Indoor shoes only.
CANCELLATION POLICY
4 hrs. prior to all classes.
For unlimited memberships - $10 automatic charge
Punch passes – loss of one pass.
