TRX Training
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance flexibility and core stability. It leverages gravity and body weight to complete the exercises. TRX challenges your body in conditions of instability. This forces you to constantly engage your core.
Yoga
Yoga is a mind and body (holistic) practice that can build strength and flexibility. It may help manage pain, reduce stress and complements many other fitness regimes. Yoga incorporates the importance of breathing in its practice and all physical endeavors.
Strength & Mobility
Works through compound movements in slow, controlled manner – movements using more than one muscle group at a time
HIIT
HIIT is considered a complete workout. It incorporates both aerobic and strength training and
alternates high intensity movement (to increase heart rate) with less intense movements or rest. It involves a shorter workout time and is suitable for all levels.
